Turtle Lamp in Sri Lanka was a memorable stop for my family vacation. We enjoyed our stay in one of the three spacious rooms, which included a little kitchen and even a washing machine-perfect for families needing to keep things fresh. One highlight was the chance to engage with the local culture. The first floor allowed us to witness the daily life of a Sri Lankan family. From sharing stories to observing their cooking, it was an enriching experience that made our stay feel more personal. Every morning, we looked forward to breakfast prepared by Manil. We opted for vegetarian local dishes, and I must say, they were both tasty and healthy, showcasing the island's culinary delights. The tranquil garden setting provided a welcomed escape from the bustling tourist spots, where we could relax and enjoy the wildlife-like monkeys swinging through the trees. Turtle Lamp truly offered a family-friendly atmosphere that made our trip unforgettable. We will absolutely consider returning again.
